La Vista Bakery is a home-based mobile business located just off the beach of Playa Iguana, Nicaragua.  We specialize in freshly baked breakfast items and savory treats.  Our goal is to provide quality baked goods to the residents and renters of Hacienda Iguana, Rancho Santana, and La Vista Eco-Development, all located on the Southern Pacific coast of beautiful Nicaragua.  All items are baked to order and are delivered to your front door.  Ian and I relocated here from Hawaii in 2010 and had a baby girl named Liv in March of 2012.  Aloha and mahalo from the La Vista Bakery Family!
